• 13+ years of software development with 3-5 years in engineering management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and React and/or Angular.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
