The RoleAddepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join the Product Platform team. The Product Platform team is at the heart of powering Addepar’s core engineering capabilities. We play a pivotal role in weaving Addepar data, core utilities, and user experience frameworks into a resilient, shared foundation that enables product teams, partners, and clients to build secure, consistent, and data-driven experiences at scale. Working at the critical intersection of high-scale administration, governance, and developer velocity, our team drives core pillars including decoupled authorization, centralized audit tracking, and high-performance search infrastructure. Working with a healthy mix of modern distributed architecture and existing core systems, the team thrives on solving complex technical challenges to deliver high-impact solutions across the entire ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the technical direction for cross cutting products across Addepar.
• Collaborating with teams from various departments to successfully implement platform strategies.
• Building and managing a team of exceptional engineers.
• Ensuring flawless and timely execution of deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with partners across Addepar.
