Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum ten years of experience in utility engineering.
• PE license in US preferred.
• Significant experience with gas-fired generation and major capital projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating across project management, engineering, contractors, OEMs, and operating organizations.
• Strong focus on risk assessment, design decisions, and engineering records.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical team for aeroderivative and heavy-frame SCGT/CCGT portfolio.
• Establish priorities and foster safety, accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead engineering execution across all project lifecycle stages from development to closeout.
• Serve as engineering integrator among multiple stakeholders to align requirements and objectives.
• Resolve design interfaces, deviations, and project risks affecting safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Own and maintain the New Generation EPC Specification for portfolio alignment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permits, quality requirements, and contractual commitments.
• Provide leadership for design reviews, constructability, and startup readiness.
• Promote standardization and lessons learned in engineering solutions.
