Job summary

LJA Energy in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager – Midstream to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from pursuit through execution. You will work with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.

The role requires a PE license in Texas (or reciprocity) and 4–8 years of experience in oil and gas midstream projects. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Project skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects in oil and gas.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, bid, and execute midstream projects across facility types.
• Interact with clients and contractors during bid phase and RFI responses.
• Manage engineering execution during construction and QA/QC for packages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers on medium to large programs.
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Ensure delivery of complete engineering document packages.
