HavocAI in the United States seeks an Engineering Manager for Perception & ML to lead a team building perception and machine learning capabilities for autonomous systems. You will translate mission requirements into engineering priorities and drive execution across CV, sensor fusion, and deployment workflows.

You will collaborate with Autonomy, Embedded, Data, Simulation, Product, and Field Operations to balance technical decisions with people development in a fast-moving environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Robotics/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in perception/ML/robotics or related areas.
• 2+ years of people-management experience in a technical setting.
• Strong knowledge of modern perception systems and ML concepts.
• Experience moving ML/perception from research to deployment in real systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of perception, ML, sensor fusion, and software engineers.
• Own team planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery against the roadmap.
• Set goals and hold engineers accountable for results.
• Guide architecture and technical decisions across CV, sensor fusion, tracking, detection, and classification.
• Oversee model training, data curation, validation, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure perception capabilities meet real-world performance and field readiness.
