Figma is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Payload team, dedicated to building the future of content infrastructure. This full-time role allows for remote work within the United States or can be based at one of Figma's US hubs.

The successful candidate will lead the engineering efforts, engage with the open-source community, and drive strategic integration of Payload into Figma's design tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in modern web applications and platforms.
