Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering with focus on process optimization and project management in metal stamping.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of industrial controls (Allen-Bradley PLC and Fanuc robots preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers, machinists, and maintenance technicians.
• Allocate resources to support production and project goals.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet OSHA and safety standards.
• Plan and manage capitalExpense and preventative maintenance budgets.
• Lead industrial engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and innovative solutions.
• Oversee tool room scheduling and develop capabilities for CNC machining and tooling.
• Ensure equipment operates to meet quality standards and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
