• 5+ years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading new product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on new product introduction and process development.
• Drive product development initiatives from concept through launch and commercialization.
• Establish project plans, resource requirements, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple development programs simultaneously while ensuring milestone achievement.
• Identify and communicate project risks, opportunities, and overall program status.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, supply chain, quality, and customer stakeholders to define future product and process roadmaps.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent through performance management and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, engineering processes, and product release requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
