This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in game development, particularly with Unreal Engine, and a strong grasp of programming in C++. The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering teams, manage programming resources, and ensure systems are ready for shipping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the game industry with at least 3 shipped AAA titles.
• Proven track record of driving complex game systems through to launch.
• Experience developing for and shipping cross-platform titles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering teams to deliver dynamic gameplay and narrative systems.
• Manage and develop teams of programmers for assigned systems/domains.
• Own hardening systems to shipping quality.
