Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years of engineering experience.
• Experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data management capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a discipline engineering team across multiple specialties.
• Assess engineers’ strengths, provide coaching, and set performance expectations.
• Ensure accountability and track team progress toward goals.
• Support project development with disciplined engineering input and standard stages.
