You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to balance performance, manufacturability and cost targets. You’ll coordinate with PLM project leads, select components, and prepare detailed drawings for customer manuals and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field is required.
• 3+ years of electromechanical design experience.
• Pro/Engineer CREO or SolidWorks proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design parts and assemblies using Creo/Pro-E.
• Prototype parts and assemblies and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Support PLM from project inception to design, manufacture and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with PLM leads to complete engineering actions.
• Research viable alternatives during component selection.
• Prepare detailed drawings for manuals and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with Siemens locations to answer technical questions quickly.
