Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Marketing and Privacy Engineering (MPE) team. You will lead two pillars—Marketing and Consumer Privacy Engineering—working to build privacy-aware consumer web experiences and measurement systems.

You will partner with product managers and tech leads to translate priorities into clear plans and roadmaps. You will guide engineering strategy across Logged-Out Web, web experiments, marketing integrations, attribution, measurement, consent, and privacy

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead software engineering teams across multiple pillars.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with consumer web platforms and measurement systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and privacy-by-design practices is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and support engineers across Marketing and Consumer Privacy pillars.
• Define and optimize operating models for the MPE team to align priorities and ownership.
• Collaborate with Product and tech leads to translate priorities into engineering roadmaps.
• Guide strategy and execution across web platforms, experiments, tagging, consent, and privacy experiences.
