Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Marketing and Privacy Engineering (MPE) team. You will lead two engineering pillars—Marketing and Consumer Privacy Engineering—delivering privacy-aware, measurement-driven web experiences.

You will partner with Product and technical leads to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, guide strategy, and ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment across teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong software engineering foundation with ability to translate product priorities into engineering plans.
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
