DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Ads and Promotions team to oversee a talented group of engineers, collaborating with designers, product managers, and sales partners. You will drive the execution of the product roadmap and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

This role combines technical leadership with strategic thinking, coaching engineers, and expanding the team while maintaining fast-paced delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including minimum of 2 years in management.
• Experience leading product engineering teams (backend and frontend).
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional peers.
• Hands-on experience with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and scalable product delivery.
• Ability to guide and grow an engineering team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités
