DoorDash for Business is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a pod of 8-10 engineers. You will own a charter that touches high-revenue systems from ordering to admin portals, with a close partnership to Product, Design, and Sales Strategy & Operations.

You’ll oversee a team that serves the US and supports global variations, and you’ll influence architectural choices, reliability, and on-call practices while partnering with go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a business-critical charter end to end; set technical direction with your PM and business counterparts.
• Build and grow a team; hire, level up, and retain engineers; set the bar for your pod.
• Work on a globally distributed product across US, EMEA, LATAM, APAC with regional variation considerations.
