Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire and safety systems.
• Repair motors, starters, breakers, chillers and related equipment across the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a courteous and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient engineering department.
