Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two live-WMS engineering teams. You will own the full people-management lifecycle, set delivery goals, and ensure reliability in a live fulfillment platform built with Elixir/OTP.

You will collaborate with product and other WMS teams to drive platform improvements while maintaining a strong production mindset. You should have hands-on technical background, a track record of managing multiple teams, and the ability to translate business

• Ability to run two scrum teams with predictable delivery.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
