Job summary

Moveras is seeking a Senior Process Engineer/Manager to lead process improvements across our automotive remanufacturing lines in New Hampshire. You will analyze processes, plan experiments, and develop SOPs to boost efficiency and reduce waste while ensuring quality and safety.

You will collaborate with manufacturing leadership, engineers, and operators, using lean principles and data-driven methods to drive uptime and productivity. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Spanish language skills a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to production and manufacturing management and engineers on projects to improve efficiency.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan, oversee, and execute experiments to drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Read and evaluate blueprints and specifications and integrate into SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Ensure daily equipment uptime and proper utilization.
