Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineering talent.
• Manage day-to-day departmental workflows and resource allocation.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations.
• Address employee performance issues in alignment with company policies.
• Lead engineering activities across QA, testing, production, and R&D for products.
• Serve as project manager for multiple initiatives with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure projects meet technical specs, quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Review engineering work for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate clear client and team communication on requirements and scope.
