You will collaborate with DevSecOps and Architecture teams, drive agile practices, and guide the team through change while mentoring staff and managing budgets and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of software development design and Agile practices.
• Experience with cloud-native development (Azure).
• Experience with modern development platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and mentor the software engineering team.
• Plan and deliver low- to medium-complexity IT projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and security in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive agile and DevSecOps practices for fast, secure releases.
• Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and architectural direction.
• Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders; manage change and transformation.
