• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Python).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Drive application design, development, and delivery using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and product teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.

• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient execution.
