You will collaborate with product, operations, quality, and program management to align technical deliverables with business goals, while driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated, manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff through coaching and career development.
• Plan and oversee engineering activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical oversight for design, analysis, development, and implementation.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and documentation.
