Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a pod of engineers focused on delivering impactful software at scale. You’ll co-own the pod’s roadmap with Product Managers and Designers, while mentoring team members and shaping the technical direction.

You’ll work with a modern stack including TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS, Docker, and Temporal, driving high quality and scalable solutions while aligning with company goals and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering software at scale.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and designers to drive roadmap.
• Strong craft in software engineering and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of engineers (4+) to deliver impactful projects.
