Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4-8 engineers, giving feedback and career guidance.
• Provide technical direction on proposals, rollout plans and architecture.
• Stay hands-on with coding and modern practices to improve technical health.
• Set high standards for system quality and reliability; act as Incident Commander for live incidents and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to align roadmaps with technical strategy.
• Coordinate with peers to share knowledge and reduce cross-team dependencies.
