You will drive high-impact outcomes, foster a cohesive engineering culture, and contribute hands-on coding and architecture when needed. Valon offers remote work with offices in NYC and SF, plus meaningful equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tech Lead or Engineering Manager experience preferred.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build and empower long lasting teams.
• Experience in a complex, technical environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent judgment, problem solving, and decision making.
