Rise Technical in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers and service personnel, taking ownership of the engineering department from design through delivery. You will report directly to the President and work cross-functionally with Production and the wider business.

This role offers a path to broader leadership and a future General Manager position, with projects regularly exceeding $1M and a strong culture of long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background within machinery, capital equipment or manufacturing.
• Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
• Ambitious, hands-on and excited by the opportunity to lead, influence and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a small team of Engineers and Service personnel
• Take ownership of and help shape the engineering department
• Provide technical guidance, review drawings and BOMs and solve complex engineering problems
• Report directly to the President while working closely with Production, Service and the wider business
