Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or industrial manufacturing-related field.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical background for detailed technical discussions and decisions.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment (HVAC units, heaters, chillers, pumps, power distribution).
• SolidWorks proficiency for custom equipment and structural frame design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to plan and execute engineering projects on time and to spec.
• Partner with product, operations, and leadership to define technical roadmaps and priorities.
• Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, testing standards, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, risks, and resourcing gaps.
• Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and product reliability.
