The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with product and operations, establishing best practices, roadmap planning, and delivering reliable, high-quality equipment solutions for HVAC, pumps, heaters, chillers, and power distribution. Direct report to the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage in detailed discussions.
• Knowledge of HVAC units, heaters, chillers, pumps, and power distribution units.
• SolidWorks proficiency.

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, risks, and resourcing gaps
• Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and product reliability
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to equipment services and industrial operations
• Direct report to the Chief Operating Officer
• Serve a diverse range of industries across the Midwest and beyond

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an industrial manufacturing-related field
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and decisions
• Strong knowledge in industrial equipment related to HVAC units, heaters, chillers, pumps, and power distribution units.
• Strong command of software like SolidWorks for custom equipment and structural frame design.
