Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Hub Engineering Manager for Insulation & Components to shape engineering strategy and lead high‑performing teams across multiple locations.

You will drive governance, metrics, and continuous improvement while collaborating with global engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions. You'll champion talent development, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate growth and ensure project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including strategic planning and execution.
• Strong experience leading engineering organizations, developing talent, and driving organizational performance.
• Budget management, resource allocation, and operational improvement expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across a global organization.
