Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Hub Engineering Manager, Insulation & Components, to shape engineering strategy and lead high-performing teams across locations in pursuing an energy future with innovative insulation and components solutions.

You will drive governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, partnering with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence while guiding budgets and talent development across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including strategic planning and execution.
• Strong experience leading engineering organizations, developing talent, and driving organizational performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a global organization.
