Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, MBA, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Experience leading engineering organizations, developing talent, and driving performance.
• Budget management, resource allocation, and operational improvement expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across a global organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including strategic planning and execution.
• Strong experience leading engineering organizations, developing talent, and driving organizational performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a global organization.
