Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
8+ years of progressive engineering experience with leadership in injection molding, medical device manufacturing, plastics, or other regulated environments.
Strong injection molding and scientific molding experience; experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and engineering support teams.
Own engineering standards, process development, and scalable manufacturing systems.
Drive NPI activities, product transfers, and manufacturing launches.
Lead process development, DOE, and capability studies to improve quality and yield.
Guide tooling, automation, and manufacturing technology integration.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and customer requirements.
