Qualifications

• Experience building and operating internal infrastructure platforms on public clouds.
• Led and managed high-performing software or infra engineers for 3+ years.
• Ownership of Kubernetes at scale, building/leading internal platform.
• Experience in startup environments with lean teams.
• Familiar with CI/CD ecosystems and cloud tooling.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in software delivery.
• Experience working with globally distributed, remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a scalable internal infrastructure platform on public cloud environments.
• Establish and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities to support high-availability workloads.
• Achieve and maintain 99.9% uptime SLOs across infrastructure systems.
• Enable faster production by improving provisioning workflows.
• Ensure SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance through access control and provisioning standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and minimize operational risk across teams.
