Responsibilities

  • Direct three sections: Congestion Management, Work Zone Traffic Control, and Municipal and School Transportation Assistance.
  • Oversee updates to the Driveway Manual and Access Management policies; implement mobility analytics tools like Streetlight and RITIS.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions, external partners, and statewide stakeholders on mobility, safety, and corridor studies.
