  • Experience applying traffic engineering analysis to corridor and area studies while balancing operational needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Direct three interconnected sections: Congestion Management, Work Zone Traffic Control, and Municipal and School Transportation Assistance.
  • Oversee statewide policies and procedures for driveway access, transportation improvement programs, and design alternatives to reduce congestion and crashes.
  • Lead corridor studies integrating mobility, safety, and operational objectives across the state.
