Job summary

Hyatt seeks an Engineering Manager in Dallas to lead maintenance of hotel structures, facilities, and systems while guiding a skilled team. The role involves budgeting, safety training, and coordinating with contractors on remodeling and capital projects.

You will work with engineering leaders to ensure reliable operations, high guest experience, and adherence to safety standards while responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven leadership experience in hotel/building management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Inspect and review projects for code and safety compliance.
• Experience in managing utility systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leaders and contractors.
