Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering employees; interview, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel.
• Provide open communication and resolve problems; oversee discipline when needed.
• Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor work to ensure safety and guest convenience.
• Test safety systems to ensure 100% operation; monitor utilities consumption.
• Review purchases and monitor expenses to meet budget goals.
• Prepare schedules, logs, records, and other documentation to ensure smooth operations.
