Qualifications

• 7-10 years of engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Hands-on engineering leader capable of guiding teams on the manufacturing floor
• Experience managing new product launches from development through production
• Ability to drive and implement process improvements and DFM recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers for new product development, manufacturing engineering, and product launches
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle from concept to validation, launch, and ramp-up
• Manage multiple engineering projects with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer requirements
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure successful introductions
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee tooling, equipment, automation, and manufacturing process development for high-volume output
• Lead engineering problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during launches
• Establish engineering KPIs and monitor project performance, manufacturing efficiency, and launch readiness
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase capacity
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for engineering personnel
