Job summary

LeanTaaS is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a growing engineering team focused on healthcare analytics software. This full-time role requires coordinating with product management and QA to create roadmaps, release plans, and architectural decisions that deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and AWS, monitoring production systems, and translating product ideas into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field plus two years IT experience, including Java and SQL.
• Two years of IT experience must include experience in Java and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product management and QA to develop product roadmaps and release schedules.
• Translate product ideas into detailed technical specifications with solid architecture.
• Produce high-quality code in Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, or CSS.
• Lead and mentor engineers and strengthen the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product management to analyze hospital data and identify feature opportunities.
