Job summary
LeanTaaS is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Inpatient Flow to lead healthcare technology implementations from discovery to go-live and handoff. You will coordinate clinical and technical teams, manage risks, and ensure successful enterprise deployments across hospitals and health systems.
You will partner with product, data engineering, and customer success teams, drive governance, and translate complex workflows into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- PM certification (PMP) and 5+ years of healthcare implementation experience.
- Experience managing complex healthcare implementations across multiple hospitals/workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
- Build and manage detailed implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate discovery, technical implementation, workflow design, training, testing, readiness, and go-live activities across workstreams.
