Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, seeks a Growth Engineering Lead to drive user acquisition, activation and revenue growth. You will break down initiatives into stages with trade-offs between speed, experimentation, and long-term scalability, partnering with product and data to maximize business outcomes.

You will scale the Agents Platform team, mentor engineers, fill skill gaps, collaborate with recruiting, and monitor performance to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact projects.
• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics.
• Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals.
• Proven ability to track performance and help team members improve output and impact.
• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments (product, data, design).
• Relevant engineering background building scalable SaaS products.
