Job summary

Worth Search is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Growth Engineering team, blending growth, product development, and marketing. You will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders to build scalable systems that drive rapid experimentation and long-term value for providers and patients.

You will guide engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-quality experiences as the company scales its platform to expand access to mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Engineering Manager at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• 5+ years as Software Engineer.
• Strong product mindset with cross-functional trust.
• Experience applying AI/ML to growth contexts is a plus.
• BS, MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the growth-focused engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and RevOps to shape growth initiatives.
• Drive rapid experimentation with long-term scalability.
• Own prioritization, process alignment, and product outcomes.
• Develop engineers through mentoring and structured 1-1s.
• Contribute to broader company strategy and technical roadmap.
• Scale the team from 120 to 175+ headcount this year.
