Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.

• Scale the team via recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, reviews, and on-call.
• Partner with product/design to shape roadmaps and deliver outcomes.
• Drive system design, code quality, observability, and scalability.
• Establish team rituals and quarterly planning.
• Operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
