Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8-12 Forward Deployed Engineers who own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes projects. You will guide technical direction across engagements and build repeatable delivery practices to scale our physical AI solutions.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role in a mission-critical environment. You’ll stay close to technology, review architectures, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying software or hardware systems to active customers.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
• Experience with integration and deployment of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-12 Forward Deployed Engineers, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Represent Applied Intuition with defense and government customers.
• Own delivery outcomes across concurrent programs.
• Review architectures and test integration approaches.
• Develop scalable delivery practices for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure success.
• Take ownership of technical outcomes and adapt to changing priorities.
