Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 8-12 Forward Deployed Engineers, owning end-to-end delivery for high-stakes projects with defense and government customers. You’ll hire, coach, and set technical direction to scale the team while maintaining quality and speed.

The role is customer-facing and requires reviewing architectures, driving architecture- and integration-focused decisions, and staying close to the technology across software, OS, and hardware.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years, recent technical leadership exposure.
• Production grade software experience—deployed software or hardware with active customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-12 Forward Deployed Engineers; own end-to-end project delivery.
• Review architectures, ensure scalable delivery, and mentor engineers.
• Represent Applied Intuition with authority to defense and government customers.
