Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a frontend-focused team shaping the consumer experience across iOS, Android, and Web. You will set the technical strategy, manage and grow engineers, and partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences.

You will own multi-quarter roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and ensure reliability and performance of critical user journeys, including checkout and credit flows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to empower senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a well-balanced frontend engineering team.
• Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
