Job summary

Favor is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-platform team responsible for mobile, backend, and web services across iOS, Android, and web technologies. You will shape architecture, guide engineering practices, and partner with product leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive delivery velocity, and champion DevEx while aligning technical initiatives with business opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of individual contributors including 1:1s, feedback, performance, and career development conversations.
Empower the team to deliver their best.
Set and align goals across the function.
Ensure technical roadmap aligns with business opportunities.
Identify enhancements to standards, processes, and tools.
