Privy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team, partnering with customers to architect complex integrations and drive product innovation. You will guide engineers, align with product and GTM, and ensure high-impact delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will own coaching, technical judgment, and a culture of trust and urgency while turning customer signals into strategic roadmap decisions, supporting Privy’s crypto and web3 product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineering team and drive business impact.
• Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM.
• Review PRs and design docs; help scope technical work and solve complex problems.
• Build a strong team culture grounded in trust, rigor, and urgency.
• Strengthen the feedback loop between customer signal and product roadmap.
