Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack Fleet Engineering team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow-heavy, data-dense products that support hardware ticketing, guided repair procedures, and data-center logistics.

You will own delivery, scope, release cadences, and quality, while mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and shaping API contracts and data models. This role requires 8+ years in software and 4+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years leading full-stack teams.
• Experience delivering production web apps on frontend and backend.
• Experience owning production services, including on-call and incident response.
• Ability to drive architecture reviews and trade-off decisions.
• Proven experience hiring and mentoring engineers to senior/lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Fleet Engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end delivery: gather requirements, define scope, and set release cadences.
• Improve reliability and performance via observability, on-call rotations, incident response, and runbooks.
• Maintain and enhance existing products based on user feedback and priority fixes.
• Scope and lead new product development to increase efficiency and scale of fleet.
• Set technical direction through design reviews and API/architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with peer teams and leadership on shared APIs and data sources.
