AngelList's Nova Product engineering team is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the product responsible for subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, and the LP wallet/investor portal.

You will drive the roadmap with product and design, set the technical vision, and stay close enough to code to unblock the team. The role is based in our SF hub with a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience shipping and scaling customer-facing products.
• Experience in high-stakes, compliant environments (fintech a bonus).
• Experience with a modern TypeScript stack.
• Good startup judgment and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own the Nova Product team's product experience across subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls and LP wallet/portal.
• Grow the team from ~4 engineers to 5-7 and shape the Product group as it scales.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, stakeholders, and Foundations teams on the roadmap.
• Set a clear technical direction with senior and staff engineers.
• Stay hands-on when needed to unblock the team and ensure quality.
